Free Samples

We want you to be sure of the quality before you place a bulk order, so samples are free of charge within the conditions below.

Free samples

• Samples are free when they are in stock and the total value is under US$ 5.
• You pay the courier freight, or provide a DHL / UPS account (or another freight-collectable account) so the courier charges are billed to you.
• If the total value of the samples is more than US$ 5, we ask you to pay for the samples and the courier freight; samples are sent after receipt of your payment.
• If you have no courier account, you can send your own courier to collect the samples from our company, or send the sample charge together with the courier cost by T/T.
• We reserve the right to refuse free samples to any party at our discretion.

Free virtual proof with your artwork

Our trained artists can prepare an electronic proof of your artwork, and will make recommendations if you would like assistance. These e-proofs are emailed to you for review, and are typically sent together with your order acknowledgement — so you can see the imprint before the goods are made.
